Juggle 4 Balls

Juggling four balls is achieved in a completely different way to juggling three balls. The most common method is to juggle two balls in each hand.

First take two balls in your left hand and practice throwing them in a circular anti-clockwise motion as shown.

Now take two balls in your right hand and practice the same move; but this time in a circular clockwise motion.

As when juggling three balls, you must throw the balls to the same height and be confident with these moves before proceeding.

To obtain the effect of juggling four balls, you must now put these moves together; juggling two balls in each hand at the same time.

Take two balls in each hand. Start the clockwise sequence with your right hand, but as soon as you have thrown the first ball, begin the anti-clockwise sequence with your left hand.

It is important that both hands start at different times to give the effect that the balls are all crossing. (even though we know they do not actually cross hands)
