With your right hand, pull the rubber band down towards your left hand wrist to form a loop.
Curl all four fingers of your left hand through the loop and form a fist. (figure 2)
Now straighten all four fingers and watch the band jump!
With a bit of practice you can disguise inserting your fingers into the loop.
Now .. lets make this trick even more impressive.
Place the band on your left hand two fingers as before, but now take a second rubber band.
Wrap this band in a figure of eight across all four left hand fingers simply by giving it a twist between each finger. (figure 3)
It now looks impossible for the first band to jump fingers, but just repeat the move we have learnt and, yes indeed, it works.
